TOMB OF SHEIKH KABIR-UD-DIN ALSO KNOWN AS
RAKABWALA GUMBAD (SARAI SHAHJIIMALVIYA NAGAR)-
Shaikh Kabiru'd-Din, who is buried here, was a
disciple of Shaikh Raushan Chirag-i-Dilli. It is believed that the tomb was built in A.D. 1397. It consists of a square chamber with. battered walls faced with red sandstone crowned by a plastered
conical dome. Its entrance is on the east through a pointed arch, decorated with marble bands. On the west wall of the romb are fixed two rings, while steps cut in the northeastern side of the dome are
interesting and unusual. As per local tradition, the rings were fixed by the thieves for scaling up the walls who carried off the original golden finial.
